چکیده

The important development of digital soil mapping (DSM) these last decades has led to a large number maps properties with increasingly finer raster size. Map resolution is mostly determined by expert knowledge or matching the existing data, while scale recognized as major issue. Using pH and C/N ratio describing surface horizon forest soils estimated bioindication, we evaluated effect changes on model map performance for different geographical extents. 40,663 plots from national inventory 25 environmental variables calculated at eight spatial levels (50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 8000, 16,000, 50,000 m), modeled mapped over vast diversified area 91,000 km2 in north-east France. models highlighted importance geology variations, lesser extent stand type, climate topography, slight influence data predictor selection. On contrary, accuracy decreased significantly above 1000 m resolution. Significant differences were observed according location size extent. Globally, more heterogeneous characteristics smaller extent, better fine performed. In addition, aggregation fine-resolution coarser cell improved compared direct use coarse-resolution predictors. impact varies procedure, local environment, should be DSM studies optimize accuracy.

Riverine fish diversity varies according to geographical isolation and land use modification

Understanding the environmental factors driving species-genetic diversity correlations (SGDCs) is critical for designing appropriate conservation and management strategies to protect biodiversity. Yet, few studies have explored the impact of changing land use patterns on SGDCs specifically in aquatic communities. This study examined patterns of genetic diversity in roach (Rutilus rutilus L.) to...

The expression of mouse CLEC‐2 on leucocyte subsets varies according to their anatomical location and inflammatory state

Expression of mouse C-type lectin-like receptor 2 (CLEC-2) has been reported on circulating CD11b(high) Gr-1(high) myeloid cells and dendritic cells (DCs) under basal conditions, as well as on a variety of leucocyte subsets following inflammatory stimuli or in vitro cell culture. However, previous studies assessing CLEC-2 expression failed to use CLEC-2-deficient mice as negative controls and i...

The optimal surgical resection approach for T2 gallbladder carcinoma: evaluating the role of surgical extent according to the tumor location

Purpose The clinical behavior of T2 gallbladder cancer varies among patients. The aims of this study were to identify prognostic factors for survival and recurrence, and to determine the optimal surgical strategy for T2 gallbladder cancer. Methods We conducted a retrospective analysis of 78 patients with T2 gallbladder cancer who underwent surgical resection for gallbladder cancer. Results ...
